The Arab Parliament has welcomed the United Nations General Assembly's recent adoption of several key resolutions supporting Palestinian rights. Speaker Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Yamahi praised the strong international backing, calling it a reflection of the global commitment to justice and international law. The resolutions reaffirmed the Palestinian people's right to self-determination and called for the establishment of an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital. The mandate for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees was also renewed, ensuring continued humanitarian aid. Al-Yamahi expressed gratitude to supporting countries and emphasized the importance of these votes in advancing efforts to protect civilians in Gaza and achieve a lasting peace.
