Israel has returned the bodies of 15 Palestinian prisoners to Gaza, according to the health ministry in Gaza. The exchange took place under a ceasefire deal brokered by the United States, with the remains transferred through the International Committee of the Red Cross. In return, the body of Dror Or, one of the last three deceased hostages held in Gaza, was handed over to Israel by militants. The health ministry noted that this brings the total number of bodies received from Israel to 345.
