Four young men were injured in a knife fight in the Bedouin city of Rahat, with two in serious condition and two others moderately hurt. Paramedics provided emergency treatment at the scene before transporting the most seriously wounded to the hospital. Earlier in the day, a 19-year-old was seriously injured in a shooting in Kuseife, another Bedouin community east of Rahat. These violent incidents occurred as police conducted a major operation in the northern Negev targeting crime in Bedouin society.
