The documentary 'One More Show', screened at the Cairo International Film Festival, captures the resilience of the Free Gaza Circus as its performers strive to bring moments of joy to children amid the devastation of war and famine in Gaza. Co-directed by Egyptian Mai Saad and Palestinian Ahmed el-Danaf, the film offers a rare glimpse into daily life, focusing on the circus troupe's efforts to stage shows in shelters despite constant danger, limited resources, and communication challenges.

Through footage shot by the performers themselves, the film reveals how the artists support each other, share scarce supplies, and continue training even as humanitarian conditions worsen. The circus was forced to suspend activities due to severe famine, highlighting the dire situation faced by Gaza's residents. Despite personal losses and the destruction of their rehearsal space, the troupe remains determined to provide psychological relief to children surrounded by conflict.

The film's premiere was marked by el-Danaf's virtual presence, as he was unable to leave Gaza. 'One More Show' won the Youssef Cherif Rizkallah Audience Award, with the prize money dedicated to rebuilding the circus center, symbolizing hope and perseverance in the face of adversity.
