Meloni emphasized the historic and strategic ties between Italy and the region, highlighting shared history and the Mediterranean's vital role in global trade. A draft joint action plan is being developed to turn these proposals into reality, aiming for deeper cooperation in politics, security, economics, and cultural exchange.
