An investigation into chants made by rap duo Bob Vylan during their performance at Glastonbury Festival last summer has concluded with no further action. The police determined there was insufficient evidence for a realistic prospect of conviction after reviewing the incident, which involved chants directed at the Israel Defence Forces. A man in his mid-thirties was interviewed voluntarily, and the outcome was communicated to him. Authorities stated that the comments made during the performance sparked widespread anger, but emphasized that the matter was thoroughly investigated and all potential offences were considered. A separate investigation into a London performance has also been closed following legal advice.
