Five pro-Palestinian activists have pleaded not guilty to charges related to breaking into a British military air base and damaging two aircraft. The incident took place at the Brize Norton Royal Air Force base in central England, where the activists allegedly sprayed red paint on two Voyager planes used for refueling and transport. The group Palestine Action, now banned by the government, claimed responsibility for the protest, which was aimed at criticizing Britain's support for Israel. The accused appeared at London's Old Bailey court by videolink and denied charges of damaging property and entering a restricted area with intent harmful to national interests. Their trial is scheduled to begin in January 2027.
