Europe's largest hotel operator, Revo Hospitality Group, has declared insolvency, affecting up to 260 hotels across 12 countries. The company, which manages properties under both its own brands and major international franchises, cited the economic crisis, rising operational costs, and challenges from rapid expansion as reasons for its collapse. While around 140 companies within the group are impacted, the 125 hotels in Germany and Austria will continue operating with their staff. This development follows a series of recent failures in the travel and hospitality sector, with other companies also ceasing operations.
