Your Taxes: Who is who on Trump's Board of Peace for Gaza?

The Trump administration has announced the creation of a Board of Peace for Gaza, aiming to foster economic development and stability in the region. The initiative brings together a diverse group of leaders, including politicians, business executives, and diplomats, to oversee governance, reconstruction, and investment in Gaza. The National Committee for the Administration of Gaza, led by Dr. Ali Sha'ath, will implement a 20-point peace road map, while the Founding Executive Board and Gaza Executive Board will manage various portfolios related to rebuilding and economic growth.

Senior advisers Aryeh Lightstone and Josh Gruenbaum will handle day-to-day strategy, and Nickolay Mladenov will serve as the high representative, coordinating efforts on the ground. The plan is a two-year interim arrangement focused on administrative and economic reforms, with speculation that funding may come from exploiting Gaza's natural gas resources. While the initiative does not establish Gaza as a country, it aims to lay the groundwork for peace and prosperity, with further board appointments expected from several countries.
