TVS Supply Chain Solutions has acquired Hyderabad-based Swamy & Sons 3PL for Rs 88 crore, expanding its presence in the fast-moving consumer goods and consumer durables sectors. The acquisition, carried out through its subsidiary FIT 3PL, adds four million square feet to TVS Supply Chain Solutions' warehouse portfolio, bringing the total to 24 million square feet. Company leadership highlighted that this move positions them among the largest warehouse operators in India and aligns with their strategy to grow supply chain distribution, which currently accounts for a significant portion of their business. This marks the company's first acquisition in several years and strengthens its foothold in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
