The Ramon Foundation, in partnership with the Beersheba municipality and Beit Yatziv, hosted a major space-themed event at Karsso Park in Beersheba as part of Israel's Space Week. The event brought together 380 middle and high school students from various southern cities, engaging them in educational programs focused on space and aviation. Established in memory of Ilan Ramon and his son Assaf, the foundation aims to inspire children across Israeli society through science and exploration. Notable guests included senior foundation leaders and astronaut Garrett Reisman, who delivered an interactive lecture. Two classes were recognized for their achievements in the foundation's programs, highlighting the ongoing commitment to space education.
