The Faculty of Medical & Health Sciences at Symbiosis International University is set to host SYMSIM 2.0, a three-day conference focused on simulation-based education in healthcare, at its Lavale Campus from February 5 to 7. The event aims to highlight the importance of simulation in enhancing patient safety and welfare by allowing healthcare professionals to develop essential skills without compromising patient dignity. The programme will feature hands-on workshops with advanced simulation equipment, expert lectures, panel discussions, and networking sessions, all centered on integrating emerging technologies and evidence-based practices into healthcare education. Renowned speakers from several countries will contribute to discussions on skilling, upskilling, and reskilling healthcare professionals across various disciplines.
