Among those killed were Rami Ibrahim Harb and Mutaeb Ziyad Darah, described as members of Hamas's elite Nukhba Force who took part in the October 7, 2023, assault on Israel. The military said it was able to confirm their involvement in the earlier attack.
The strike also killed Abd Muhammad Amasi, identified as a member of the Popular Resistance Committees, and Tawfiq Khaldi, described as a Hamas operative. Three additional Hamas members were reported killed in the operation, the army said.
