Israel's health system is operating in full emergency mode after Iranian ballistic missiles struck the southern cities of Dimona and Arad, wounding dozens of adults and children. According to the Health Ministry, eight people are in serious condition and sixteen are in moderate condition. Some of the injured are being transferred from hospitals in the south to medical centers in the country's central region to ensure continued high-level care.
Health authorities are also preparing to expand mental health services for residents in the south and for those evacuated from their homes to hotels near the Dead Sea. The National Resilience Center is coordinating with local mayors to provide additional support. The ministry emphasized the dedication of medical and rescue teams working under fire and urged the public to seek psychological assistance through resilience and emotional support centers if needed.
