The Congress and Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi have announced a joint protest march in Nagpur on March 23 to the headquarters of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. The march, from Samvidhan Square to Mahal, will be led by state Congress president Harshwardhan Sapkal and Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi chief Prakash Ambedkar, with participation from thousands of party workers and allied groups.
The protest aims to question the alleged mention of Bharatiya Janata Party leaders in the so called 'Epstein Files' and to seek clarity on India’s engagement with the United States. Sapkal claimed that recent trade agreements with the United States could harm India’s agriculture sector and argued that the country’s sovereignty and global image have been affected.
The organisers have also questioned the continued support of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh for the Bharatiya Janata Party amid the controversy. Party leaders said they are completing formalities to seek permission from authorities and expect large scale participation in the march.
