The United States has reportedly sent Iran a 15-point proposal aimed at ending the ongoing war in the Middle East, according to a report citing officials familiar with the matter. The proposal was delivered through Pakistan as part of diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions.
The plan is said to address key concerns including Iran's ballistic missile and nuclear programs, as well as security issues related to the Strait of Hormuz. These topics have been central to regional instability and international concern.
In addition, the United States is reportedly considering a month-long ceasefire to allow space for negotiations. During this pause in fighting, both sides would work toward reaching a broader agreement to de-escalate the conflict.
