Cloudy skies and local rainfall are expected across northern and central Israel on Friday, with a risk of flash floods in parts of the Judean Desert and near the Dead Sea during the morning. Rain is forecast to taper off by the afternoon, while temperatures rise slightly but remain below the seasonal average.
Conditions are expected to improve on Saturday, with temperatures climbing further under clear to partly cloudy skies and high-altitude cloud cover. On Sunday, light local showers are forecast across much of the country, along with strengthening winds and possible haze, mainly in southern areas.
Light rain may return to northern and central regions on Monday, accompanied by a drop in temperatures. Daylight saving time began early Friday morning and will remain in effect until late October 2026.
