United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the United States expects its military operation in Iran to conclude in 'weeks, not months' following meetings with foreign ministers from the Group of Seven in France.

According to reports citing sources familiar with his remarks, Rubio outlined a timeline of roughly two to four weeks and emphasized that the United States remains committed to achieving its objectives in the operation. He indicated confidence that the campaign would be relatively short in duration.

Rubio also said Iran could consider establishing a tolling system for the Strait of Hormuz, a critical global shipping route, as tensions continue during the conflict.
