An Iranian ballistic missile struck the United States military base at Al-Udeid in Qatar, according to Qatar's Defense Ministry, as Tehran carried out retaliatory attacks across the Gulf region. The strikes were described as a response to recent actions involving the United States and Israel.

Qatar said it was targeted by two missiles in total. Air defense systems intercepted one missile, while the second hit the Al-Udeid base without causing any casualties.

Authorities did not report any injuries or fatalities, and no further damage details were immediately released.
