Israel's Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose 0.5% in March 2025, slightly higher than expected. Annual inflation is now at 3.3%, closer to the Bank of Israel's target range. Price increases were seen in clothing, footwear, culture, entertainment, fresh fruit, and housing services. However, furniture, household equipment, and communications saw price declines. Home prices also rose, with an average increase of 0.9% and a 7.5% increase in the housing price index.
