A year and a half after the October 7 massacre, indictments have been formulated against 22 terrorists who participated in the attack at Kibbutz Nir Oz. New materials obtained from within the Gaza Strip have made the formulation of the indictments possible. The US is also involved in the efforts to bring the terrorists to justice, and a major indictment may be filed against hundreds of terrorists involved in the massacre. The evidence for the indictments was obtained during the fighting in Gaza and the seizure of media materials and computers. About 300 terrorists are currently detained in Israel, and the State Attorney's Office is requesting the advancement of bills to enable the conduct of trials against the terrorists.
