A federal judge has ruled in favor of Palestinian activist Mohsen Mahdawi, allowing him to attend his upcoming college graduation at Columbia University despite deportation attempts by the Trump administration. Mahdawi, who was recently released from ICE detention, will be able to participate in the commencement on May 21.
