Boulder authorities have not ruled out further charges or victims in the terror attack last weekend on the city's famed pedestrian mall. Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, allegedly drove 100 miles north to carry out the attack on a gathering in support of hostages held by Hamas. The suspect launched homemade Molotov cocktails at the group, injuring at least 15 people and a dog.
