Recent real estate transactions across Israel highlight a range of apartment sales in major cities. In Jerusalem, apartments in neighborhoods such as Kiryat Menachem, Har Homa, and Ramat Motza were sold for prices ranging from NIS 2.1 million to NIS 4.8 million. Tel Aviv saw sales in the Bavly and Tzahalon neighborhoods, with prices reaching up to NIS 6 million for a new project on Herzl Street.

Netanya recorded deals in the city center and Kiryat Hasharon, including a garden apartment with a large yard sold for NIS 4.62 million. In Rehovot, apartments of various sizes changed hands, with prices starting at NIS 850,000 for a small two-room unit. In the north, a five-room apartment in Harish was sold for NIS 1.525 million.
