Golani Brigade forces, operating in the Khan Yunis area of the Gaza Strip, have uncovered a tunnel stretching one kilometer in length and about 15 meters deep. The tunnel contained weapons, explosives, and ammunition linked to the Hamas organization. During the operation, the tunnel was partially destroyed and evidence was documented by the forces. In addition to the tunnel, the troops also targeted and destroyed various terror infrastructures, including military buildings and weapons caches, and eliminated dozens of militants. The military emphasized its ongoing efforts in the region to counter terrorist organizations and safeguard Israeli civilians.
