In the footage, Rom appears emaciated and is seen sobbing and pleading for help. His mother, Tami Braslavski, shared her heartbreak upon seeing her son so diminished, describing the pain and helplessness she feels. She emphasized the importance of the world witnessing Rom's suffering, even as it is personally devastating for her, and vowed to continue fighting for his release.
