Hamas 'ready' to deliver aid to hostages after outcry over footage of Israeli captive

Hamas has announced its willingness to deliver food and medicine to Israeli hostages in Gaza, provided that Israel permanently opens a humanitarian corridor and halts airstrikes during aid distribution. This offer follows widespread condemnation of recent footage showing an emaciated Israeli captive, which has intensified international criticism of the group's treatment of hostages. Gaza health officials report that starvation and malnutrition deaths continue to rise, with six more fatalities in the past day and a total of 175 since the conflict began, including many children. Meanwhile, Israeli strikes and gunfire reportedly killed at least 80 people on Sunday, as aid deliveries remain severely restricted due to ongoing blockades and conflict. Both sides continue to blame each other for the worsening humanitarian crisis, while calls for increased aid and protection for civilians grow louder from the international community.
