He called on governments worldwide to halt funding to the agency, arguing that continued support enables terrorism. Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar also condemned the United Nations and the agency, alleging anti-Israel bias and cooperation with terrorist activities, and declared that Israel would not participate in proceedings at the International Court of Justice concerning the agency's status.
