Hundreds of young men from hesder yeshivas across the country gathered at the Tel Hashomer recruitment center to begin their military service as part of the hesder yeshiva combat track. The event was marked by singing and dancing, highlighting the recruits' sense of mission and commitment to combining religious study with national service. Students from several prominent yeshivas, including Yeshivat Nir, Yeshivat Tefachot, Yeshivat Har Etzion, and Yeshivat Orot Shaul, were assigned to the Kfir Brigade, while others from Yeshivat Avinoam and Yeshivat Elon Moreh are set to join the Nahal Brigade. The recruits expressed pride in their dual commitment to Torah study and military duty.
