Apartments sold and rented

Recent real estate transactions across Israel highlight a dynamic property market, with apartments sold in cities including Jerusalem, Bat Yam, Ramat Hasharon, Rosh Ha'ayin, Hadera, and Beersheva. In Jerusalem, properties ranged from three to five rooms, with prices between NIS 1.96 million and NIS 4.3 million. Bat Yam saw the sale of a five-room roof apartment for NIS 2.35 million, while Ramat Hasharon's duplex penthouse reached NIS 4.7 million.

Rosh Ha'ayin and Hadera featured spacious apartments and penthouses, with prices from NIS 2 million to NIS 3.6 million. In Beersheva, deals included a two-room apartment for NIS 525,000 and a five-room unit for NIS 1.1 million. All transactions were recently reported by the Israel Tax Authority, reflecting ongoing activity in the second-hand apartment market.
