Yemen's Houthi movement has announced the death of its self-declared Prime Minister, Ahmed Ghaleb Nasser al-Rahawi, following Israeli air strikes in Sanaa. The group reported that several other senior officials were also killed during the attack. Israeli forces stated they targeted a military site in the area but did not provide additional information. The Houthis have maintained control over much of north-western Yemen since 2014, after displacing the internationally recognised government and igniting a prolonged civil conflict.
