Israeli researcher Prof. Abd Al-Roof Higazi has developed a new medical device called ClearPlasma to treat life-threatening bleeding by filtering donated plasma to remove clot-dissolving proteins. The device has been tested in clinical trials and received approval from the Health Ministry in Israel.
