A mother who travels the world with her four children says she feels safer in countries with high terrorism alerts than in the United Kingdom. Karen Edwards and her husband, Shaun, have visited over sixty countries with their children, including recent trips to the Middle East and Central Asia, despite concerns from others about safety. Edwards insists that these destinations are not only safe but also more child-friendly and affordable than the United Kingdom, highlighting the welcoming nature of locals and the abundance of family-oriented spaces. The family funds their nomadic lifestyle through rental income and a small business, and they have no plans to stop travelling, with their eldest daughter now aiming to become the youngest person to visit every country in the world.
