Central region deals included spacious apartments in Ramat Hasharon and Rishon Lezion, with prices generally between NIS 2.31 million and NIS 3.77 million. Shoham saw higher-value sales, including a semi-detached house for NIS 6.2 million and garden apartments exceeding NIS 4 million.
In the north, Kiryat Motzkin featured a mix of smaller and larger apartments, while Ashkelon in the south offered a sea-view apartment for NIS 1.8 million. All transactions were recently published by the Israel Tax Authority.
