Lenskart, a leading eyewear retailer, is set to launch its initial public offering from October 31 to November 4, with a total issue size of approximately Rs 7,300 crore. The offering includes both a fresh issue and an offer for sale by promoters and early investors, with shares priced between Rs 382 and Rs 402 each. Notable stakeholders, including founder Peyush Bansal and co-founder Neha Bansal, are selling part of their holdings, realizing significant returns on their investments. Major institutional investors are also participating in the sale, and the company has attracted pre-IPO investment from prominent figures such as Radhakishan Damani. Proceeds from the IPO will be used to expand Lenskart's retail footprint, enhance technology and marketing, and support potential acquisitions. With a reported net profit of Rs 297 crore on revenue of Rs 6,625 crore in the last financial year, Lenskart's valuation is estimated at around Rs 70,000 crore, making this one of the largest consumer technology public offerings of the year.
