A family of new immigrants in Israel is facing overwhelming challenges after their newborn son was diagnosed with Myelomeningocele Spina Bifida, a severe condition affecting his spinal cord. The baby requires constant medical attention, including daily hospital visits, catheterization, and intensive physical therapy, which has placed an immense financial burden on the family. With the mother unable to work and the family's income halted, they are struggling to afford basic needs and the specialized care their son needs to have a chance at walking. A public campaign has been launched to help cover the costs of his treatment, offering hope that with community support, the child may one day take his first steps.
