The covenant's principles include a pledge to consistently report on the legal status of Judea and Samaria, emphasizing that these territories are 'legally disputed' rather than 'occupied.' It also encourages education about the enduring historical connection of the Jewish people to the land of Israel, spanning three thousand years. Additionally, the covenant calls for support of Israel's security governance in regions such as Gaza and the Golan Heights.
