Israel's intelligence agency Mossad has announced the discovery of a significant network linked to Hamas operating across Europe. According to Mossad, the network was orchestrated by Hamas leadership in Qatar and was prepared to be activated 'on the day the order is given.' European authorities, including those in Austria and Germany, have conducted raids uncovering weapons caches and arresting suspected operatives.
The investigation has also highlighted Turkey as a key location for Hamas activities, with arrests and evidence tying operatives to both Turkey and Qatar. Mossad alleges that senior Hamas figures in Qatar authorized the expansion of these operations, contradicting public denials by the group's leadership. The findings point to a coordinated effort to prepare for attacks in Europe, raising concerns among security agencies across the continent.
