Israel's high-tech sector has emerged as a global leader in artificial intelligence adoption, with a remarkable 95 percent usage rate among employees. The trend is especially strong among younger professionals aged 25 to 34 and those early in their careers, but the integration of artificial intelligence tools spans all ranks and roles, from developers to marketers and human resources staff.
Artificial intelligence is not only enhancing efficiency but also transforming the nature of work, enabling employees to strengthen self-learning abilities and broaden their responsibilities. Most high-tech workers report substantial benefits, with 70 percent noting major improvements in output quality, 50 percent experiencing significant reductions in work time, and 40 percent cutting task performance time by more than half.
