Heavy rains in the northern Gaza Strip have led to the unexpected discovery of a concealed tunnel suspected to be used by Hamas. Soldiers from the Golani Brigade found the tunnel after noticing a ground collapse in the buffer zone near the Israeli border and the Al-Mawasi camp. The tunnel, located about 800 meters from the border, is now being inspected to determine its full extent and possible branches. Military officials noted that the tunnel had remained undetected during previous operations, highlighting the ongoing challenges in locating such underground structures.
