The Honenu organization has filed a civil lawsuit seeking 100,000 NIS in damages against an Arab security guard accused of attacking a Jewish youth at a police station in Kfar Saba. The incident, which took place three years ago, involved the security guard allegedly headbutting the young man after a dispute over carrying pepper spray, resulting in injuries. The lawsuit claims the attack was motivated by racism, with the security guard reportedly admitting to the assault under a conditional plea agreement. The plaintiff's attorney emphasized the need for significant compensation to deter future acts of violence driven by antisemitic motives.
