The initiative aims to address operational needs and respond to increased interest from immigrants who previously could not enlist through traditional channels. Participants are placed in roles that match their professional and academic expertise, including medical, technology, engineering, and logistics positions. The program requires a five-year commitment to active reserve service, with full recognition and compensation, and is currently accepting applications.
