In the housing sector, rents for tenants renewing leases climbed 3.0 percent, and rents for new tenants rose 4.6 percent, reflecting trends similar to annual averages. After eight months of consecutive declines, home prices increased by 0.7 percent in October-November, though the annual change compared to 2024 was minimal at 0.1 percent. The Central Bureau of Statistics notes that these home price figures are provisional and may be revised.
