Russian President Vladimir Putin has been invited to join a United States-led Peace Council focused on Gaza, according to the Kremlin. The council, which aims to oversee the reconstruction of Gaza and related issues, is chaired by United States President Donald Trump and includes other prominent figures such as Sir Tony Blair. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that Putin is considering the invitation and is seeking further clarification from the United States. Kazakhstan's leader has reportedly accepted a similar invitation, and the council is expected to include representatives from up to sixty countries, with permanent membership offered to those who contribute financially.
