The National Committee for the Administration of Gaza has been formed to lead the reconstruction and stabilization efforts in the region. Comprised of fifteen Palestinian professionals and led by Dr. Ali Shaath, the committee is responsible for restoring essential public services and rebuilding civil institutions. The initiative is presented as a technocratic solution, aiming to depoliticize the recovery process and focus on practical governance. The committee operates under the oversight of the newly established Board of Peace, managing critical infrastructure such as sanitation, education, electricity, and water.
