Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu personally saw off Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, marking the conclusion of Modi’s historic two day state visit to Israel. The two leaders shared a warm embrace on the tarmac, underscoring the close relationship between their countries. Netanyahu’s wife, Sara Netanyahu, was also present during the farewell.
The gesture highlighted the strong personal rapport between the two leaders and the growing ties between India and Israel. In a post on X, Modi expressed that he was deeply touched by Netanyahu’s presence at the airport, describing it as a reflection of the strong friendship and mutual respect shared by both nations.
