Soroka Medical Center has completed the transfer of hundreds of hospitalized patients from unprotected wards to protected areas within the hospital. The move was carried out in accordance with official guidelines to ensure patient safety.
Only limited and essential elective and outpatient services are currently operating, and relevant patients are being notified of any changes. Protected delivery rooms and the Emergency Medicine Department continue to function as usual, with the emergency department operating entirely within a protected complex. The public has been asked to visit the medical center only for urgent needs and to minimize patient visits during this period.
