An Iranian missile struck the southern Israeli city of Be'er Sheva on Monday afternoon, wounding at least 15 people on the third day of Operation Roaring Lion. Emergency responders said a man around 35 years old was moderately injured, while 14 others sustained light wounds. Two additional individuals were treated for anxiety.
All of the injured were evacuated to Soroka Medical Center for further care. Rescue teams continued searching multiple locations in the city following the strike.
Several buildings in Be'er Sheva suffered heavy damage as a result of the impact, raising concerns about additional casualties and structural risks in the area.
