Israeli special forces reportedly carried out another landing in eastern Lebanon as part of ongoing efforts tied to the long-standing case of missing airman Ron Arad. The military said the latest operation ruled out one line of investigation into Arad's fate and reaffirmed its commitment to bringing home all missing and fallen soldiers.
In a statement, the Israel Defense Forces said it would continue operating tirelessly, day and night, to return its sons home. The military also rejected claims by Hezbollah that Israeli troops suffered casualties during the mission, stating that no soldiers were harmed.
Hezbollah had alleged an exchange of fire during the operation, but Israeli officials denied the assertion, maintaining that the mission concluded without injuries among their forces.
