Iran's ambassador to Cyprus has revealed new details about injuries sustained by Mojtaba Khamenei, the newly appointed supreme leader of Iran. According to the ambassador, Mojtaba was wounded in the same strike that killed his father, former Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, along with his mother, wife and one of his sons.
The ambassador said Mojtaba Khamenei suffered injuries to his legs, hand and arm and is believed to be hospitalized. He added that, based on what he had heard, the new supreme leader is not in a condition to deliver a speech at this time.
